之前只能通过dealer激活，现在很方便，自己在线就可以激活。




常见激活问题：
1 APl IS Temporarily disabled
后台程序挂了，换个时间再试
2 There is no T-Mobile NGP associated with Zip
当前没有TMO覆盖，换个zip
3 激活后当前没显示号码
没激活成功，再激活一次即可
4 Invalid ICCID
后台服务器挂了，网页不提交数据，稍等后台修复或者dealer后台提交

或者手动提交数据

参照那个表单把数据手动post就可以了
